Through your tax-deductible contribution to Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre, you enable the theatre, a 501(c)(3) organization, to continue its mission – to encourage and foster the development of confidence, poise, discipline, and positive self expression in its students through the proper and traditional instruction of the art of dance. Your donations make our work possible, and we are grateful for your continued support.
Kristin Moffett has lived, worked, and played in Marietta since 2004. Her trained dance experience is limited to taking ballet classes as an elementary school student, but she hopes to revive her moves and is thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in DWTS with her good friend, Elizabeth Nesmith. She currently works at The Walker School, serving as the Lower School counselor, and she enjoys the time she get to spend with her family, Jeremy (husband), Sam (10), and Maggie (8). Kristin thanks her friends and family for all their support and encouragement!
Elizabeth Nesmith was raised with her 2 younger sisters in a small town in Northwest Indiana named Valparaiso. She attended Indiana University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and her Doctorate in Medicine. She currently works part-time, and on her days off, is involved in several committees at both her children’s school, The Walker School, and her church, First United Methodist Church. She has a passion for health and fitness and was a regular radio show guest on a health and wellness show called the Jackie Wonder Show. She is also on the Board of Medical Directors for a health and wellness drink company called Docs Drinks.
